Drop off your gear Tuesday or Thursday, 2:30–6:30 PM, or ship it to us. Each item is logged and placed in a first-come, first-served queue. After diagnosis, we'll contact you with an estimate to approve or decline.

Yes. Download the Ship-In Repair Form, fill it out, and Email it before you ship. Print a copy and put it in the box. We'll confirm we got it, then diagnose it and send you a quote before any work is done.

Businesses, organizations, and out-of-town customers: other drop-off and pickup times are available by appointment. Email to arrange.

$80 per item, credited to your bill if you approve the repair. Repair labor is $160/hr, billed in half-hour increments, plus parts and tax. We can't quote a flat price without seeing your gear. If we find another problem during the repair, we'll get your approval before going further.

Repairs are done in the order received, and timing depends on workload and parts. We'll contact you after diagnosis and again when it's ready. Status calls slow down every repair, so please wait to hear from us. If you need your gear for a show or service, plan a backup.

Limited rush slots are available. A $160 rush fee, paid at drop-off, moves your item to the front of the line for same-day assessment. It doesn't guarantee same-day completion.

Manufacturer warranties cover factory defects only, not physical or liquid damage, misuse, overdriving, or burned voice coils. Bring a sales receipt showing your name, the seller, the purchase date, and proof of payment. Warranty repairs are assessed within one week of drop off. Repair turnaround depends on parts availability and shipping from the manufacturer.

You can switch it to a paid repair, or pay the diagnostic fee and pick it up. If no problem is found, there's a $50 fee plus return shipping, since manufacturers don't pay for no-problem-found.

Usually you pay to get it to us. Some manufacturers cover the return shipping.

30 days on the fault we fixed, from the date the repair is completed. Manufacturer warranty repairs are covered for the rest of the manufacturer's warranty.

Sometimes. We can get parts through manufacturers and distributors, but lead times can range from days to months. We'll know once your unit is diagnosed.
